• We offer free shipping on all NZ orders.
• We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order and you will receive an email once you order has been processed.
• Approximate delivery time is 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Australia

• We offer free shipping for all AU orders over $100. There is a flat rate of $25 for orders under $100. Express shipping is available at check-out at a flat rate of $35.
• We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order.
• Approximate delivery time from date of dispatch is 5-10 working days for standard shipping and 3-5 working days for express shipping.

Business Trading Name
The business trading name appearing on customer statements is McDonald Textiles 2017 Ltd.

• Postage is $50 NZD for all international orders.
• We endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order.
• Approximate delivery time is 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch.

All returns must be accompanied by a returns form, which you can download online here. Returns which do not include this form will not be accepted. 

• You can return any item within 10 days of delivery for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. If you live overseas, we will accept a longer return period provided you notify us in writing within 10 days.
• All items will be inspected on return. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for refund or exchange. Royal Merino reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.
• The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that allows you to track your parcel and insures you for the value of the items you are returning.
• Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.
• Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items as no credits or refunds will be made on sale goods unless faulty. Exchanges of the same style are permitted if stock is available.

• Taxes and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. For all goods sold in New Zealand the price is GST inclusive.
• In the European Union, VAT and import duties can be substantial. If you are ordering from here it will pay to read the relevant GOV.UK web page.
